Plum & Gold at Farnham Castle
Jennifer & Charlie were a delight to work with, we quickly built an idea of what their day was about over tea and biscuits, and with their gold and plum colour scheme there was no doubt the final effect would be stunning.
Jenn & Charlie had a very exact budget in mind and although slightly lower than our general invitation suites we managed to create a gorgeous design using clever folding techniques and highlights with specialist papers to make the end result both within budget, beautiful and on brief.
Their main invitation was a clever hand-folded design giving multiple zones of information both on the inside and outer pages. A little folded pocket on the reverse held guest specific inserts including details for the morning after and accommodation which had been pre-booked. All this was contained with a beautiful rich burgundy ribbon and packaged in a stunning claret envelope with gold twist liner. The liner although using an expensive choice of paper elevated the design without creating huge cost and pulled the elegance and sophistication of the day together.

We’re SO, SO glad we met Freya at Brides the Show – not only is she personable and professional but she’s incredibly talented! Our brief was quite complex and not only was Freya’s first design spot on, but she turned it around in the blink of an eye! We were delighted with the design and we had loads of complements when we sent them to our friends and family, so clearly they were impressed with them too!
